Me and my food

I am a private chef based in Dorset and am available to cook for you wherever you are, for any occasion, creating highly bespoke menus to deliver a truly personal experience. I love to cook light, fresh food, using the best seasonal, local and organic produce available and I have extensive experience of cooking delicious, nutritious food for a wide range of diets, which I am happy to discuss with you.

I teach cookery classes privately and at Denman College, write for The Journal of Wild Culture and develop recipes for my own gluten-free recipe apps as well as respected food brands – do please get in touch if you would like to discuss any of this further.

I was introduced to good food at an early age and, thanks to an ace chef for a mum, I soon developed a great love of cooking. After my classical training at Leiths School of Food & Wine, I went on to cook at Ottolenghi in London, Le Manoir de Raynaudes in southwest France, Chez Panisse in San Francisco, CKVerbier and CKRock. All these places have influenced the food I love to make, resulting in a modern European style, but with many flavours and techniques from the Mediterranean, the Middle East and California.
