I am a firm believer in breaking down the process of cooking in order to strip away the fear and mystery that can surround it. For me, food should be a simple pleasure that is open to absolutely everyone. I teach budding chefs aged from 4 to 84, including raw beginners with lots of enthusiasm, experienced home cooks looking for inspiration and keen-as-mustard amateurs keen to develop their own impressive skills. I teach courses at Denman College near Oxford and will also come to your home if you’d like a one-on-one session, such as masterclasses in baking or summer salads and BBQs, or a group lesson with a few friends.
