COOKERY CLASSES
Held in my light-filled kitchen in Motcombe, Dorset, my cookery classes are warm, relaxed and designed to inspire and build confidence in the kitchen.
The atmosphere is more dinner party than classroom - think of it as cooking-show-meets-leisurely-lunch, with plenty of tips, stories and flavours along the way.
