A professional chef with over 15 years experience, Laura graduated top of her year at Leiths School of Food & Wine.
She went on to become the chef at Le Manoir de Raynaudes in southwest France before heading to world-renowned Chez Panisse in California to further hone her art.
Following years working around the world as a private chef to high net worth clients, Laura returned to London to teach cookery courses and provide tailored, individual tuition. She develops recipes and has co-hosted media events for respected brands.
Laura now teaches a series of sell-out cookery classes and lunches in The Dorset Kitchen. Her Mediterranean-inspired menus combine local, seasonal ingredients with flavours from southern Europe, the Middle East and North Africa. Able to travel for bespoke corporate events, she creates fully bespoke menus and training programmes to suit any client.
