Before training as a chef at Leiths School of Food & Wine, I worked in Public Relations. My love of good food & drinks was reflected in my list of clients, including Provence Rosé, Gü, Dorset Cereals, Glenfiddich, Chivas Regal, Wall’s Sausages, Cathedral City Cheddar, Young’s Seafood and Louis Latour Wines.

I use the experience and skills from my 7-year PR career, plus the 15 years I have spent as a professinal chef, in my work as a recipe developer. I have worked harmoniously, professionally and very successfully with agencies and brands looking for a creative, inspiring and extremely reliable home economist. As well as developing original recipes, I have styled on photo shoots and hosted live PR events.

Comté Cheese – developing innovative, exciting and mouth-watering recipes since 2014, adhering to tight timelines and demanding briefs.
